Return Policy
If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by following these steps:
Step 1: Raise a return request by calling our customer care number or emailing us at info@redefinedperfumes.com
Step 2: Share your order ID along with your request for a return, replacement, or refund. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will arrange for the product pickup within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only if the product is received in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is used.
- Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and free samples.
- Serial number is tampered with.
- Request initiated after 72 hours of delivery.
Partial Returns
You may return an individual product from your order. However, the product being returned must include all components and any complimentary items that were delivered with it.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be credited to the same account within 24-48 business hours of verification. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
When Returns Are Not Possible
We may be unable to process returns in the following scenarios:

- Product is disliked by the customer.
- Missing components, such as price tags, labels, accessories, or original packaging.
- Product damaged due to misuse or physical damage caused by human error.
- Reverse pickup is unavailable in your location. In such cases, customers are requested to ship the unused product with all tags, bills, and original packaging intact to our warehouse using a trusted courier.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated for the amount paid during purchase.
